PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Shiroabhyanga
A head massage that involves applying fragrant oils to the scalp and massaging the head, neck, and shoulders to get ease tension, improve blood circulation, and promote relaxation.
Pada Abhyanga
Nourishing oils are massaged onto your feet and lower legs and feet to promote relaxation, and alleviate foot pain and stiffness.
Shirodhara
A soothing Ayurvedic therapy in which warm herbal is poured over the forehead in a slender stream to induce a state of deep relaxation and promote mental clarity.
Marma Facial
A gentle and rejuvenating facial treatment that targets vital energy points, or "marma," in your face and neck, stimulating circulation and promoting a radiant, youthful glow
