2. Can bank loans be availed for the project?

3. Does the entire project land belong to Ridhira?

The project is a joint venture, and we have obtained all the necessary approvals.

5. What has been the appreciation in the price of the project since it launched?

The project has seen high appreciation to the tune of 15% to 30% in the last year, and we expect a even higher appreciation in the coming years.

6. Is the price negotiable?

Our product is priced for the best value, considering the additional benefits you receive when you own the property. Please contact your property advisor for more details.

7. What are the tax benefits or incentives for property investors?

8. Can the villa be used as a primary home?

Absolutely! Our villas are fully equipped to serve as your primary residence.

9. What are the resort membership details?

Resort membership grants access to all amenities and extends to your family members*. Non-members can also join by paying a premium fee, subject to a screening process.

10. What kind of amenities are available for children?

We offer outdoor amenities, including a kids' pool and a private pool at each villa. Your children will absolutely love it here!

11. Why is the construction cost so high?

Our project features 5-star resort-grade residences with fully furnished interiors and private pools, which accounts for the higher construction costs.

12. Why is the per sq yard cost of the plot so high?

The cost reflects the management of serviced villas, serviced plots, resort access, security measures, and the extensive benefits you gain as an owner.

13. What if the project is not completed on time?

14. Has the 5-star operator been finalized?

We are in advanced discussions with several 5-star operators and expect to finalize a partnership soon.

15. When will the rental income start?

Rental income will start once the resort becomes operational.

16. How is water supply managed for the swimming pools?

We use borewell water and have also applied for government supply under Mission Bhagiratha.
